But our audit checks that suppliers meet local legal requirements for employees' salaries and benefits as well as EU safety and environmental requirements for factory conditions.

We know this is very important to you and can be a concern when you're working with suppliers on the other side of the world. So our supplier audit includes us checking that they understand and respect the importance of design and copyright confidentiality. And because we are frequently in the countries and the factories themselves, we constantly check for any infringements on your behalf so they can be stopped quickly.
Great service all round
We believe in giving great service and our reward tends to be long and enjoyable customer relationships. So we like to treat your product as if it were ours: we are totally impartial in our selection of suppliers and are constantly looking for the best from them. We audit them to ensure they're really reliable for samples, pricing, production and shipping as well as checking that they have good communication skills.
Made in China?
The vast majority of all product sourcing outside the UK is now done in China which is proving to be very competitive. We therefore have an office and warehouse based there so we can give you exceptional turnaround and service. Our China-office staff have detailed local knowledge and contacts and our UK-based team travel out there every few months too.
Some products from China are very cheap and quality can be variable. We don't go for the cheapest. We go for the best value China manufacturers - the right quality at a good price.
