Mumpreneur

In conjunction with National Enterprise Week 16th-22nd November, we're launching a nationwide campaign to find a mumpreneur with ‘The Next Big Kitchen Table Idea'.

The term Mumpreneur has been coined to describe female entrepreneurs who are mothers. It seems many new mums are demonstrating an entrepreneurial flair developing great ideas for products that are currently missing from the shelves of our stores and supermarkets.

With our years of experience, Sorcit can help bring your ideas and creations to life. A prime example was when Helen Rankin approached us for help in establishing her Cheeky Wipes brand - environmentally friendly, reusable and washable baby wipes which not only save money but feature fragrant essential oils rather than harsh chemicals.

From a simple kitchen table idea to a successful online business, Sorcit was able to guide and support Helen in all stages of the process from design right through to development and distribution of the product.

We're now opening the opportunity up for potential mumpreneurs to show us what they've got. Entrants are invited to send a 200 word outline of their pioneering yet practical business by sending an email to info@sorcitproducts.com

The winner of the search will be given the opportunity to launch their ideas in the marketplace, receiving £1000 worth of product development and consultancy time from Sorcit.
